WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Listings → Add New Listing > Listing Options > General Settings
Page Template
Choose "Custom Template" if you want to build the single listing page manually.
Select "Directory Single Page Template" for a predefined layout.
MLS Number
Enter the MLS Number (e.g., 15902
) if applicable.
Agent Assignment
If an agent is associated with the listing, select them from the dropdown.
Default: None (No agent assigned).
Featured Item
Mark Yes if you want to highlight this listing as Featured.
Excerpt Title
Add a short and descriptive excerpt title for the listing.
Save as Draft – If you want to save progress and continue later.
Submit for Review – If approval is needed from an admin.
Publish – To make the listing live immediately.
WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Listings → Add New Listing > Listing Options > Features
For each feature, you can define the following details:
Tab ID (Numeric Value)
This is a unique identifier for the feature (e.g., 0
, 1
).
Used in search forms for filtering.
Title
The name of the feature (e.g., "Phone Number," "Business Hours").
Sub Title
Additional information related to the feature (e.g., description or details).
Value Unit
The actual value of the feature (e.g., +15624328588
for phone number or 9.00 - 21.00
for business hours).
Icon (FontAwesome)
Add an FA icon class (e.g., fa fa-phone
, fa fa-clock
).
Image (Optional)
Provide an image URL to visually represent the feature.
Example:

WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Listings → Add New Listing > Listing Options > Contact Information
You can add the following information:
Enter the primary contact email address.
Example: contact@example.com
Phone
Add a landline or business phone number.
Example: +1 123-456-7890
Mobile
Provide a mobile contact number.
Example: +1 987-654-3210
Skype
Include a Skype ID for communication.
Example: live:business_name
Website
Enter the official website URL.
Example: https://www.example.com
WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Listings → Add New Listing > Listing Options > Price
The Price section allows you to configure pricing details for your listing.
Currency Symbol
Enter the symbol for the currency (e.g., $
, €
, ₹
).
Currency Symbol Position
Choose where the symbol appears:
✅ Before Price (e.g., $1000
)
✅ After Price (e.g., 1000$
)
Regular Price
Enter the standard price (without commas).
Example: 5000
Sale Price
Enter a discounted price if applicable.
Example: 4500
Before Price Label
Add text before the price if needed.
Example: Starting from
→ Starting from $5000
After Price Label
Add text after the price if needed.
Example: / per month
→ $5000 / per month
WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Listings → Add New Listing > Listing Options > Media - Videos
The Media - Videos section allows you to add videos to your directory listing.
Click "Add Video" to insert a new video field.
Paste the video URL (YouTube, Vimeo, or self-hosted).
Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=example123
You can add multiple videos by clicking "Add Video" again.
To remove a video, click the Delete icon next to it.
Once videos are added, click: Save Draft – To save changes without publishing. Publish – To make the listing live with videos.
WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Listings → Add New Listing > Listing Options > Media - Images
The Media - Images section allows you to upload images to showcase your listing visually.
Click "Upload Media" to select images from your computer.
Or, drag and drop images directly into the upload area.
You can select multiple images at once.
Click "Remove Media" to delete an image.
Rearrange images by dragging them into your preferred order.
Once images are added, click: Save Draft – To save changes without publishing. Publish – To make the listing live with images.
WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Listings → Add New Listing > Listing Options > Media - Attachments
The Media - Attachments section allows you to upload files such as PDFs, brochures, terms & conditions, or any other relevant documents for your listing.
Click "Add Attachment" to create a new attachment entry.
Enter a Title (e.g., "Property Brochure," "Menu PDF," or "Terms & Conditions").
Click "Upload" to select a file from your computer.
Supported formats include PDF, DOC, XLS, JPG, PNG, ZIP, etc.
Click "Remove" to delete an attachment.
Rearrange attachments if needed for better organization.
Once attachments are added, click: Save Draft – To save changes without publishing. Publish – To make the listing live with attachments.
WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Listings → Add New Listing > Listing Options > Location
The Location section allows you to specify the exact location of your listing using an address, map coordinates, and an optional map icon.
Map Image: Upload a custom image for the map marker.
Address: Enter the full address of the listing (e.g., "123 Main Street, New York, NY").
Zip Code: Add the postal code (e.g., "10001").
Country: Select the country from the dropdown list.
Latitude: Enter the latitude of the location (e.g., "40.712776").
Longitude: Enter the longitude of the location (e.g., "-74.005974").
Drag & Drop Marker: Alternatively, you can drag the marker on the map to set the exact location.
After entering the details: Click Save Draft to store the data without publishing. Click Publish to make the listing live with the location details.
WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Listings → Add New Listing > Listing Options > Virtual Tour
The Virtual Tour section allows you to embed an interactive tour of your listing using an iframe code. This feature is useful for showcasing properties, venues, or businesses with a 360-degree view.
Obtain the iframe Code:
If using a third-party virtual tour service (e.g., Matterport, Google Street View, or YouTube 360), copy the iframe embed code from their platform.
Paste the Code:
Locate the "Virtual Tour" field in the Listing Options.
Paste the iframe code into the field.

Save the Listing:
Click Save Draft to store changes.
Click Publish to make the virtual tour live.
✔ Ensure the iframe code is responsive for mobile and tablet users. ✔ Some platforms may require API keys or special permissions to embed tours. ✔ If the iframe doesn’t display correctly, check your website’s security settings (CSP restrictions).
WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Listings → Add New Listing > Listing Options > Floor Plan
The Floor Plan section allows you to add detailed layout information for real estate listings. This is particularly useful for properties, apartments, offices, and other real estate-related listings.
Enter Floor Plan Details:
Title – Provide a name for the floor plan (e.g., "Ground Floor" or "Penthouse Layout").
Description – Add details about the floor plan, such as key features, materials, or room purposes.
Size – Specify the total area in square feet or square meters (e.g., "1200 sq. ft.").
Rooms – Mention the number of rooms (e.g., "3 Bedrooms, 1 Living Room").
Baths – Specify the number of bathrooms (e.g., "2 Full Baths, 1 Half Bath").
Price – If applicable, enter the cost associated with this floor plan.
Upload a Floor Plan Image:
Click "Upload" to add an image of the floor plan layout.
Once uploaded, a preview of the image will be displayed.
Save the Floor Plan:
Click "Add Floor Plan" to include multiple layouts for the same listing.
Click "Save Draft" or "Publish" to make the floor plan live.
✔ You can add multiple floor plans for different levels of a building. ✔ Ensure the image resolution is high for better visibility. ✔ Use consistent units (square feet or meters) to maintain clarity. ✔ Floor plans help potential buyers/renters visualize the space before visiting.
WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Listings → Add New Listing > Listing Options > Event
Set the Event Dates:
Start Date – Select the event's start date using the date picker.
End Date – Select the event's end date if it spans multiple days.
Set the Event Timing:
Start Time – Choose the event's start time (e.g., 10:00 AM).
End Time – Choose the event's end time (e.g., 5:00 PM).
24-hour Format – Enable this option if you prefer the 24-hour clock (e.g., 14:00 instead of 2:00 PM).
Save and Publish:
Click "Save Draft" or "Publish" to save your event listing.
✔ The event will only be visible on your directory listing during the selected time frame. ✔ Ensure the time zone is correct for international events. ✔ If your event has recurring dates, consider using a calendar or event plugin for better management. ✔ Add a detailed description in the main listing to provide attendees with more information.
WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Listings → Add New Listing > Listing Options > Business Hours
The Business Hours section allows you to specify operating hours for a business, service, or venue. This is useful for restaurants, offices, gyms, stores, and other businesses with fixed working hours.
Add Business Hours for Each Day:
Select the Opening Time (e.g., 09:00 AM).
Select the Closing Time (e.g., 06:00 PM).
Use the 24-hour format if needed (e.g., 14:00 for 2:00 PM).
Mark Closed Days:
If the business is closed on a particular day, leave the time fields empty or select "Closed."
Enable 24-hour Format (Optional):
If your business operates round-the-clock, enable this option.
Save and Publish:
Click "Save Draft" or "Publish" to save your business hours.
