Claim

Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Directory → Settings → Claim to configure the claim settings for your listings.

Claim Requires Active Package

  • Enable Claiming with Active Package: Choose whether to allow listing claims only when the user has an active package.

    • Yes: Users can only claim a listing if they have an active package.

    • No: Users can claim a listing without any active package.
