Agent Dashboard

Agent Dashboard provides an intuitive interface for agents to manage their profile, listings, and saved properties. This guide covers all features available in the dashboard.

Login Instructions:

1. Visit the website and click Login.

2. Enter your Username & Password.

3. Navigate to Agent Dashboard from the main menu.

Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, the following sections are available

✔ My Profile – Update personal information. ✔ My Listings – Manage active/pending listings. ✔ Add Listing – Create new property listings. ✔ Favourite Listings – View saved properties. ✔ Log Out – Securely exit your account.

Profile Management

Editing Profile:

📌 Path: Agent Dashboard → My Profile

1. Click Edit Profile.

2. Update Name, Contact Details, and Social Links.

3. Upload a Profile Picture.

4. Click Save Changes.

Managing Listings

Viewing & Editing Listings

📌 Path: Agent Dashboard → My Listings

1. View Active, Pending, or Expired listings.

2. Click Edit to modify a listing.

3. Update Title, Description, Price, Media, and Location.

4. Click Update to save changes.

Adding a New Listing

📌 Path: Agent Dashboard → Add Listing

1. Click Add Listing.

2. Enter Title, Category, and Description.

3. Upload Images & Videos.

4. Add Pricing, Contact, and Location Details.

5. Click Publish or Save as Draft.

Deleting a Listing

1. Go to My Listings.

2. Click Delete next to the listing.

3. Confirm the action.

Favourite Listings

📌 Path: Agent Dashboard → Favourite Listings

1. View saved properties.

2. Remove listings from favourites if needed.

Activation of User Status:

After adding user status,

• Step-1: Click edit of the user

• Step-2: Scroll down to the User Status

• Step-3: Drop down and click "active"

• Step-4: Click “Update User”
