WPBakery Compatibility

WPBakery Compatibility

WPBakery Page Builder is another popular tool for building and customizing pages, and the Directory WordPress Plugin is fully compatible with it. To create custom layouts using WPBakery:

Step 1: Install and Activate WPBakery

  1. Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress dashboard.

  2. Search for WPBakery Page Builder and click Install Now.

  3. Once installed, click Activate.

Step 2: Build Custom Pages

  1. Go to Pages > Add New or edit an existing page.

  2. Click Edit with WPBakery Page Builder to enter the WPBakery editor.

  3. Use WPBakery's Row and Column elements to create custom page layouts.

  4. Add DT Directory Elements to your layout:

    • Directory Listings – Display the directory listings in a grid, table, or list format.

    • Maps – Add a Google or OpenStreetMap to display your listings with geolocation.

  6. Customize the styling, margins, padding, and background of each element to match your design preferences.

  7. Once you’re happy with the layout, click Publish to make it live.
